Permission for Exemption of Building Taxes
Document, dated 1910 was given to Habibe Hanim who wished to transform her stable to a house. It is a permission for exemption of building taxes due to her poor economic situation.

Rami karyesinde Cum'a mahallesinde Bağlar caddesinde dörtyüzonyedi numaralı etrâf-ı râbı' duvarlı mevcûd olan ahırı, mutasarrıfası Habîbe Hanım hâne hâline ifrâğ edeceğinden, tezkere rüsûmu olan on kuruş, fakir hâline binâen Ebniye Kanûnu mûcibince afvedilerek işbu tezkere meccânen i'tâ kılındı.

English translation
As the owner Habibe Hanim would like to transform existing stable with surrounding walls in Rami village, in Cuma neighbourhood, on Baglar Street, on account due to poverty, is exempted from tax of 10 kurus in accordance with Construction Law. And this document has been given free of charge.
