Renzo Piano & Building Workshop-Progetti in Mostra exhibition was inaugurated on May 15, 2004. The guests were welcomed at the Porto Antico, Isola della Chiatte, Genoa and after a mini concert and the speech of Mr. Renzo Piano and municipal dignitaries they sailed to Museo Luzzati where the exhibition took place. As renzo Piano is the architect who created a link between the city and the sea as well as reconversion of various historical buildings and new landmarks at the Old Port (Porto Antico), the meeting place and the short boat trip allowed the guests to perceive Genoa, as an extention of the exhibition.
