21 November 1925 Degree in Civil Engineering, Torino Polytechnic.
1923-28 Apprenticeship at the studio of , an engineer from Torino.
1925-37 Opens a professional studio in Vercelli, Via Duomo 24.
1928-31 Reconstruction of the Civic Theatre of Vercelli. The project, prepared by the engineers , and the architect , wins a public competition issued by the Comune of Vercelli in 1928. The winning project was presented in two versions with the motto "Honori Patria"; the first version was used.
23 October 1929 Registered as the 63rd member of the Board of Engineers in the province of Vercelli.
1930 Construction of the Comunal Schools of Tollegno (province of Biella).
[1930] Construction of St Joseph’s Institute in Vercelli.
[1930’s] Construction of a ‘House of the Fascio’ in Biella, in collaboration with the architect Giuseppe Rosso.
[1930’s] Construction of the Communal Schools in Alice Castello (province of Vercelli) in collaboration with Prof. Passera. Project preparation and direction of works at the Central Chapel of the Comunal Cemetry in Alice Castello.
1931-32Planning and construction of the children’s seaside holiday home in Loano (province of Savona) on behalf of the School Patronage of Turin.
Before 1932 Construction of the Civic Library and Museum of Biella, in collaboration with engineer [[000114 Cornelio Grossi] (Director of the Comunal Technical Office, Biella).
1935 Preparation of the executive project for the construction of the Civic Acqueduct of Brusnengo (province of Biella).
1935-37 Repair works at the Town House and the Comunal Secretary’s appartments in Santhià (province of Vercelli).
1937 Applies for the position of Chief Engineer of the Comune of Padua.
[1937] Director of construction works for the Comunal Acqueduct of Borgo d’Ale (province of Vicenza).
1938 Formation of the "Riccardo Celoria" Neighbourhood Fascist Group in Vercelli.
