Kemaleddin Bey born in Istanbul (1870, died in Ankara (1927). He was one of the leaders of First National Architectural Style with architect Vedat Tek. After 1900, he took over post of instructor of the architectural design class in place of Jachmund in Hendese-i Mulkiye Mektebi (State Engineer School) at the same time carried out the architectural proportion class in Sanayi-i Nefise Mektebi (School of Fine Arts).
