Seleukeia Sidera Theatre

The architecture of Seleukeia theatre bears Roman characteristics. The semi-vaulted entrances opening onto the central walkway of this two-tiered theatre are on the surface. The stage edifice has been partially cleaned, although the cavea of the theatre has not yet been excavated. It has a capacity of approximately 3,500 people.
