To date, no formal excavations have been conducted in Perpene Theatre. It is overgrown with trees. Some of the seating benches and steps belonging to the radial walkway are visible on the surface. The workmanship of the support wall encircling the cavea from the left is made with carefully hewn stones. The ruins of the stage edifice are beneath the earth. Its cavea seems to have the space for approximately 30 seating benches.

Perpene theatre is estimated to have a seating capacity of 2,000 people.
