Antalya, Kaş, Sahil Kılınçlı Village
Excavations have not yet been conducted in the ancient city of Apollonia. The theatre faces west. The cavea has a gradient of 30 degrees. Ten of the eleven or so rows of the theatre are above ground. The structure is a little more than a hemisphere in the style of early period theatres. It fits entirely into a small cavea. The radius of the orchestra of the theatre is 20 feet and 5 inches. There are five radial stairways. The height of the stage building when standing must have been around 28 feet.
This theatre has a capacity of approximately 650 people.
